I owned the project end to end: concept, storyboard, motion design, animation, edit and sound.

Take a dense feature set and make a first-time viewer get it in one watch. No narrator reading out the documentation.

A motion system built from typography, UI choreography and cuts on the beat. Every transition has a job to do, and the sound carries the rhythm.

Concept & script
Finding the one line the film hangs on, then boarding the story around it.

Design & motion system
Type, color and UI treatment defined once, so every scene belongs to the same film.

Animation & edit
Scene by scene in After Effects, cut against a sound bed from day one.

Delivery & versions
One master, then demos, reels and cutdowns without re-animating a frame.
